What you will do

Develop and Maintain Server-Side Logic: Design, implement, and maintain the server-side logic that powers our web applications and services.
Collaborate with Frontend Developers: Work closely with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring seamless functionality.
Optimize Performance: Optimize applications for speed and scalability, ensuring efficient performance under varying loads.
Implement APIs: Design and develop APIs that connect the backend with other services, third-party integrations, and frontend interfaces.
Manage Databases: Create and manage database schemas, write complex queries, and ensure data integrity and security.
Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve server-side issues, bugs, and bottlenecks to maintain a smooth user experience.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest backend development technologies, best practices, and emerging trends.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in backend development with a strong portfolio of projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in server-side languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or PHP.
Database Management: Strong knowledge of database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
API Development: Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Security Best Practices: Understanding of security principles and how to implement them in a server-side environment.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve server-side issues.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
