However, we understand that there may be circumstances under which a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Flaircart India may offer refunds and the process for submitting a refund request.

Eligibility for Refund


  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, you may be eligible for a refund. We require detailed feedback on the dissatisfaction and will attempt to rectify the issue before a refund is considered.
  • Non-delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeline due to our fault, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellation: Services canceled before the commencement of work may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Process for Requesting a Refund


  1. Contact Us: Submit a refund request to support@flaircart.in within 48 hours of payment or service delivery (in case refund request after service is delivered). Please include your order number, contact details, and a detailed reason for the request.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request, which may include verification of the claimed issue and an assessment of the work delivered compared to the service agreement.
  3. Resolution: We aim to process refund requests within 10-15 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Limitations


  • Refunds are not available for services that have been completed and delivered as per the agreement and where no fault on our part can be demonstrated.
  • Refund requests based on factors outside our control (e.g., changes in business needs, third-party services, etc.) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are generally not eligible.
  • A processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount for services that were initiated but canceled at the request of the client.
